Associate In Christian Studies
The Associate of Christian Studies degree requires the successful completion of at least 60 credit hours. The curriculum has been designed to help academically prepare students to serve as servant leaders and to provide a solid basis for further academic study. Of the 60 credit hours:
I. Thirty- three (33) credits are required from the following areas of study to fulfill the college’s general education requirements for an Associate degree. These include:
II. Fifteen (15) credit hours of Christian studies are required:
III. In addition to the above requirements, students are required to complete 12 additional credit hours, which may be transferred from other institutions or selected from the college or Pilgrim Seminary curriculum offerings.

- Six credit hours in English (Composition and College Writing)
- Six credit hours in Science and Math (three credits each)
- Three credit hours in Critical Thinking
- Three credit hours in Psychology
- Three credit hours in Sociology
- Six credit hours in American History
- Three credit hours in American Government
- Three credit hours in Public Speaking
II. Fifteen (15) credit hours of Christian studies are required:
- Three credits in Biblical Interpretation
- Three credit hours in Old Testament Survey
- Three credit hours in New Testament Survey
- Three credit hours in Core Christian Beliefs
- Three credit hours in Christian Ethics
III. In addition to the above requirements, students are required to complete 12 additional credit hours, which may be transferred from other institutions or selected from the college or Pilgrim Seminary curriculum offerings.
